Resepi Roti & Donut...

As promised. Ini resepi nya..

Donut
500gm tepung gandum
80gm gula halus
5gm @ 1tsp garam
10gm yeast @ 4tsp yeast
1 egg
40gm majerin @ butter
230ml air suam + 1@2 tsp susu pekat ( dicampur sekali ngan air)
Coarse sugar to sprinkle
cara2: klu guna Breadmaker campak semua sekali lah..
klu guna tangan..uli mcm biasa jer..

BASIC BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients :
(A)
500g bread flour/high protein flour
100g sugar ( kurang jadi 80gm)
1 teaspoon salt
30g milk powder ( saya tak letak)
1 teaspoon bread improver (optional)
1 teaspoon bread softener (optional) ( saya tak letak)
4 teaspoons instant dry yeast

(B)
250ml water ( saya kurangkan 230ml sebb tak guna susu tepung)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 @ 2tsp susu pekat. ( dicampur sekali dlm air)

(C)
80g margarine

Method :
1. Mix well all ingredients in (A)
2. Add (B) into (A) and knead till smooth.
3. Add (C) and continue kneading till smooth and shiny and dough does not stick to your hand.
4. Leave to prove for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out.
6. Divide the dough according to the weight you wish. Make into balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Shape accordingly.
8. Leave to prove for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
9. Bake till golden brown.
Everything campak dalam BreadMaker but flollow step by step.
* Jangan campurkan salt n yis together. Letak at each side.
