Bahan-bahannya
(A)
2 biji putih telur
180 gram gula
1/4 sudu teh cream of tartar
(B)
1/2 sudu besar tepung jagung
150 gram coklat masakan, dicairkan
Cara-caranya
1. Pukul putih telur bersama dengan cream of tartar sehingga kembang dan kaku. Campurkan gula sedikit demi sedikit hingga pekat.
2. Kaup dan balikkan (B) hingga ia sempurna.
3. Bubuh adunan kedalam beg piping bermuncung bintang. Paipkan keatas kertas pembakar.
4. Bakar pada suhu 130 darjah C selama 1 jam atau sehingga ia ranggup.
5. Sesudah sejuk, celup meringue dengan coklat masakan cair. Letak diatas kertas minyak sehingga ia keras.(kita lak tangkupkan sepasang dgn whip cream di tengah)

Orange Chiffon Cake...
First trial on chiffon cake. Yes I did it... Success and da cake very yummylicious...
Bahan A
1 3/4 cawan tepung berserbuk penaik (self-raising flour*
1/8 camca teh garam halus*(*disatukan dan diayak)
6 kuning telur gred A
1/2 cawan gula halus
1 biji oren, diparut kulitnya
3/4 cawan jus oren
1/4 cawan minyak jagung/sayur
1 sudu makan oren sunquick - ita tambah
sedikit pewarna oren - ina tak tambah
BAHAN B
6 putih telur gred A
3/4 cawan gula halus
1 camca teh cream of tartar-(tak bubuh pun tak pe)
Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Dalam satu bekas, pukul kuning telur dengan gula hingga larut, masukkan kesemua bahan2 A dan kacau hingga semua sebati. Ketepikan.
Dalam bekas lain yang bersih dan kering, putar putih telur hingga berbuih, masukkan gula halus dan cream of tartar, terus memutar dengan kelajuan tinggi hingga putih telur kental.
Ambil 1/2 bahagian putih telur dan gaul dengan no. 1 sehingga rata. Masukkan baki putih telur tadi dan gaul hingga sebati.
Additional (sendiri nye idea) : asingkan sikit bahan yg digaul atas utk dicampurkan dgn satu sudu choc emulco for choc flavor.
Taung dalam tin chiffon berukuran 10 inci (JANGAN lenser tin dgn mentega atau minyak), secara selang seli, bakar selama 1 jam hingga kek masak. Test dengan mencucuk lidi sate dibahagian tengah kek, jika keluar bersih, kek masak.
Terlungkupkan kek dan biar betul2 sejuk (dalam 1 - 2 jam), baru disisip tepi kek dengan pisau untuk dikeluarkan. Boleh dihidangkan...

Laksa Johor di Riyadh...:))
Today lunch terasa nak makan laksa johor. So nak try la buat laksa johor ni. menjadi ke tak. Hari tu dah blajar ngan Kak Imah. Laksa Johor Kak Imah mmg kaw kaw nye. Dari tak minat laksa Johor dtg Riyadh terus jatuh cinta....fuhhh meleleh beb..:))
Ok lah ni resepi yg Kak Imah forwardkan...
Bahan tumis :
Bawang merah, putih, halia & serai di kisar, lengkuas di titik. Rempah kari ikan (10 sudu) & lada kering.
Ikan kembung (paling banyak), ikan tenggiri (kedua banyak), udang basah (paling sedikit). Ikan direbus, buang tulang & dikisar, udang di rebus & blend basah.
Cara2 :
Tumis bahan kisar sampai naik minyak & garing. Masukkan lada kering & rempah kari ikan. Masukkan ikan & udang yang di kisar serta air rebusan. Masukkan santan, asam keping serta last sekali kerisik (lagi banyak lagi sedap :))
Ulaman: Taugeh, daun selasih, bawang, timun, bunga kantan.
Mudah je kan..:))

Resepi Roti & Donut...
As promised. Ini resepi nya..
Donut
500gm tepung gandum
80gm gula halus
5gm @ 1tsp garam
10gm yeast @ 4tsp yeast
1 egg
40gm majerin @ butter
230ml air suam + 1@2 tsp susu pekat ( dicampur sekali ngan air)
Coarse sugar to sprinkle
cara2: klu guna Breadmaker campak semua sekali lah..
klu guna tangan..uli mcm biasa jer..
BASIC BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients :
(A)
500g bread flour/high protein flour
100g sugar ( kurang jadi 80gm)
1 teaspoon salt
30g milk powder ( saya tak letak)
1 teaspoon bread improver (optional)
1 teaspoon bread softener (optional) ( saya tak letak)
4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
(B)
250ml water ( saya kurangkan 230ml sebb tak guna susu tepung)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 @ 2tsp susu pekat. ( dicampur sekali dlm air)
(C)
80g margarine
Method :
1. Mix well all ingredients in (A)
2. Add (B) into (A) and knead till smooth.
3. Add (C) and continue kneading till smooth and shiny and dough does not stick to your hand.
4. Leave to prove for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out.
6. Divide the dough according to the weight you wish. Make into balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Shape accordingly.
8. Leave to prove for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
9. Bake till golden brown.
Everything campak dalam BreadMaker but flollow step by step.
* Jangan campurkan salt n yis together. Letak at each side.
Donut

Bernas tak:))

Food Galore...
hah lupa daaa... 2 ari lepas ada crita pasal nk buat bubur pulut hitam... so ni la dia hasilnye... rasa hmmm bos kata ok. saya mmg tak suka makan bubur yg manis2 ni. tp disebabkan bahan ada bawak dr kl ari tu, n kebetulan pulak mlm smlm ada usrah tuk father so terjadi la bubur pulut hitam ni. siap letak gula melaka lagi...

This was last week menu for lunch. Gulai Tempoyak Daun Kayu. Its a famous dish for org nogori. ingredients dia such as pucuk labu, daun kaduk, pucuk ubi, serai, jantung pisang,daun kunyit hmm what else ek. actually any daun ulam yg blh dibuat mkn can be in the gulai. and the most important santan n of coz tempoyak n cili padi. cara masak sama mcm masak lemak cili padi just tambah tempoyak at the end. tu je.... hmmm kalu my mum buat sooo walahhhhh.. tp yg i buat ni so so jer. janji lepas rindu.. uhukkk.. so tgk la hasil nye ni....

yuhii... terasa nak buat bubur pulut hitam. since balik ari tu mak ada bekalkan pulut hitam, gula melaka, hmm insyaAllah esok nk try buat. tp frust sbb terlupa nk bwk daun pandan. bukan daun je esen pandan pun tak bwk. hope that hubby tak lupa kirim kat member dia yg nk balik riyadh dlm masa terdekat ni...

In Da Making Of Red Velvet Cake..
huh mencabar tul buat kek ni. rasa kek dah sedap, but finishing adoi ai... mmg tak leh msk masterchef..hehe. tp kek ni mmg sedap. leh ikut recipe ni ye kengkawan:-) patut la kek ni mahal. kat sini aka Riyadh kek ni la fav pak arab n harga dia masyaAllah.

Tadaaaa
Red Velvet Cake -
2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (15 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
1 1/2 (360 ml) cups cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat)
Steps:
1.Butter two - 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
2.In a mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
3.In bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
4.In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.
5.In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.
6.Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)
7.Cream Cheese Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.
8.Assemble: With a serrated knife, cut each cake layer in half, horizontally. You will now have four cake layers. Place one of the cake layers, top of the cake facing down, onto your serving platter. Spread the cake layer with a layer of frosting. Place another layer of cake on top of the frosting and continue to frost and stack the cake layers. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Can garnish the cake with sweetened or unsweetened coconut.
Serves 10 - 12 people.

Terlebih tajin..hahaha
Today rasa nak buat kek batik kukus pulak. Since sume bahan ada cume biskut marie tak de yg ada cume biskut Ritz, ok je la kot. Try dulu :-) So bahan2 nye adalah.....
Sediakan pengukus. Jerangkan airnya. Lengserkan loyang kek dgn mentega dan taburkan tepung. (elok lapik dgn kertas minyak macam dlm gambar di bwh ni supaya senang nk keluarkan keknya). Ayak tepung bersama koko dan milo. Gaulkan rata2.
Pukul mentega dgn gula sehingga btl2 hancur dan kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji dan pukul sehingga sebati dan masukkan sebiji lagi telur dan pukul sebati. Ulangi sampai habis.
Masukkan susu. Putarkan lagi sehingga rata. Masukkan gula hitam atau boleh juga guna coklat emulco. Kacau sebati.
Masukkan tepung perlahan2 sambil diputar. Akhir sekali masukkan esen vanilla.
Tuangkan 3-4 senduk nasi utk lapisan pertama dan susunkan biskut marie di atasnya. Tutup dgn kertas foil dan kukus selama 5-7 minit (bergantung pd jenis pengukus) (tekan2 sedikit (jgn terlalu kuat) lapisan yg tlh dikukus dgn senduk/sudu sblm melapis utk lapisan seterusnya)
Ulangi langkah 5 hingga habis. Untuk lapisan terakhir tidak perlu letak biskut marie. Kukus selama lbh kurang 1 jam lg atau sehingga masak.
Setelah masak, sejukkan terlebih dahulu sebelum dipotong.
- 1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
- 5 biji telur A
- 250 gm mentega/marjerin
- 1/3 cawan milo
- 2 sb serbuk koko
- 2 sb browning sugar/gula hitam (kalau xde, boleh guna 1 sb coklat emulco)
- 1 sdt esen vanilla
- 3/4 cawan gula halus
- 1/2 cawan susu pekat manis
- biskut marie secukupnya (dipatah2kan)

kek coklat kukus yg moist
hahha smgt berkobar2 pulak dtg ari ni. nak rasmi mixer br pemberian hubby tersayang:-) apa lagi nak buat kek coklat kukus moist. apa lg myresepi.com tempat dituju... sib baik kukus so kek ku tak kan hangit.. yehaaaaa... so lets check it out:-)))

Bahan-bahan ( size loyang 18cm )
- 1 cawan tepung gandum
- 1/4 cwn serbuk koko van houten
- 1 sudu kecil baking powder
- 1 kotak susu coklat (250ml)
- 2 biji telur (size M)
- 1 cawan gula halus
- 1/2 cawan butter
- 3 sudu besar susu pekat
- 1/4 cawan minyak masak n esen vanila
- TOPPING
- 3-5 sudu besar susu pekat
- 1/4 cawan serbuk koko van houten
- 2 sudu besar butter
- 2 sudu besar susu segar
Cara-cara
- Pukul telur,gula dan butter sampai kembang.Kemudian titiskan esen vanila. n pukul lg.
- Ayak tepung,serbuk koko dan baking powder.
- Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adunan telur.Kaup balikkan.
- Masukkan susu kotak,susu pekat,minyak dan gaul sebati.
- Masukkan dlm loyang yg telah dilengser minyak/marjerin. Tutup dengan aluminium foil..Then kukus 45min...Dah masak sejukkan.
- Utk topping...campurkan semua bhn dan masak secara double boiler. Then bleh la curahkan kat atas kek yg dh sejuk td.. Hiaslah apa suka...Pastu simpan dlm peti sejuk beberapa jam sebelum dipotong. Taraa...dh siap...bleh la makan....

Makan-makan lagi...:-) Puding Buah-Buahan
Salam..
Huh makan lagi almost every week apartment we all ada buat mkn2. kali ni my neighbour next door, Kak Nani. Kak Nani bekas auditor di B.P.M.B. Dah 5 tahun disini. Ada 2 org anak perempuan. So ari nie dia nak jamu we all makan malam. So i decided nak buat Puding Buah-buahan campuran. memula tu nak buat puding laici. Got the recepi from my best friend Kak Mala. Malangnye sini tak jumpa laici. Maybe laici dah abis kot. So apa lagi ubah la dari laici ke mix fruits..hehe..tp ttp guna recepi kak mala..TERBAIKKK..:-) So nie recepi nye...
Puding Buah-buah Campuran
1 liter air
25 gm agar-agar
1 tin buah campuran (laici dlm tin)
1 tin susu cair (contoh susu Ideal atau any susu cair)
1 cawan Gula
Beberapa buah strawberry dan anggur yg kecik2 tuk tambah bagi menaikkan seri..hahha - tambah sendiri...
Cara2nya:
1. Didihkan air dengan agar-agar
2. Setelah mendidih masukkan gula
3. Masukan air buahan campuran dengan susu cair dan masukkan kedalam adunan agar-agar tadi
4. Biarkan mendidih sebentar. Sesuaikan rasa manis. Curah ke dalam loyang,sejukakakan dan masukan buahan campuran di atas...:)

Huh makan lagi almost every week apartment we all ada buat mkn2. kali ni my neighbour next door, Kak Nani. Kak Nani bekas auditor di B.P.M.B. Dah 5 tahun disini. Ada 2 org anak perempuan. So ari nie dia nak jamu we all makan malam. So i decided nak buat Puding Buah-buahan campuran. memula tu nak buat puding laici. Got the recepi from my best friend Kak Mala. Malangnye sini tak jumpa laici. Maybe laici dah abis kot. So apa lagi ubah la dari laici ke mix fruits..hehe..tp ttp guna recepi kak mala..TERBAIKKK..:-) So nie recepi nye...
Puding Buah-buah Campuran
1 liter air
25 gm agar-agar
1 tin buah campuran (laici dlm tin)
1 tin susu cair (contoh susu Ideal atau any susu cair)
1 cawan Gula
Beberapa buah strawberry dan anggur yg kecik2 tuk tambah bagi menaikkan seri..hahha - tambah sendiri...
Cara2nya:
1. Didihkan air dengan agar-agar
2. Setelah mendidih masukkan gula
3. Masukan air buahan campuran dengan susu cair dan masukkan kedalam adunan agar-agar tadi
4. Biarkan mendidih sebentar. Sesuaikan rasa manis. Curah ke dalam loyang,sejukakakan dan masukan buahan campuran di atas...:)


Inilah hasilnyer..tadaaaaa:-)
Brownies....
Last week ada makan2 at one of our neighbour merangkap farewell tuk one of the family yg back for gud setelah 6 tahun di bumi Anbiya'. so i decided to make brownies for the tuan rmh. So search for the recepi..got it..here it is...
Bahan-bahan ( 12 brownies kecil @ 9 brownies besar )
Cara-cara
1. Panaskan oven pada 325F degree celcius.
2. Masukkan mentega cair,koko,gula,vanilla,garam,tepung dan telur ke dalam mangkuk.

3.Gaul sebati. Masukkan kekacang jika mahu. Adunan akan berupa sebegini.
4. Taburkan sedikit tepung dalam bekas pembakar.
5. Masukkan adunan ke dalam bekas pembakar.
But bukan senang for first timer mcm i nie nak buat brownies. it looks simple but,...guess what 3x percubaan. percubaan pertama gagal sbb terlebih tepung (silap adjust), 2nd times terlupa letak gula menyebabkan ia menjadi pahit la teramat..and finally 3rd times baru jadi tp tak seprti brownies, huhuhu..rupanye salah beli tepung, terbeli self raising flour..uhukkk brownies ku bertukar menjadi kek..bukan itu shaja, 1st time guna oven..tak reti nak adjust brownies ku hangus di bawah n tepi...but sib baik rasa sedap..ni refer to my tukang rasa my 2 sons n hubby..so dpt la sikit je brownies..than i got an idea..apa lagi deco la brownies tu..siap ada strawberry..hahha hubby kata dah mcm kat kedai dgn topping coklat from Hershey's Syrup..hehehe..so begini la rupa balance brownies ku yg selamat....hahha

- 6 sb serbuk koko
- 1/4 cawan mentega cair
- 1 cawan gula
- 1/2 sk vanilla
- 1/4 sk garam
- 1/3 cawan tepung
- 2 butir telur
- 1 cawan kekacang (apa jenis pun & jika suka, x perlu pun xpe)
Cara-cara
1. Panaskan oven pada 325F degree celcius.

3.Gaul sebati. Masukkan kekacang jika mahu. Adunan akan berupa sebegini.
5. Masukkan adunan ke dalam bekas pembakar.
6. Bakar dalam 35-40 minit. Dah siap!

Dapur ku di Riyadh setelah sekian lama:-p
yuhuuuu.... sejuk2 ni tetiba rasa nak buat baked macarooni. Mcm biasa termenung jap nk pikir apa ingredients. Bingo sume ada. so start la buat before hubby balik. so ni la hasilnye yer:-) tadaaaaa
